Hlw guys, hope you are doing well. Finally today I got one of the most awaited product the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. I am pretty much excited to see what it comes with and I was eagerly waiting for it to have my first impressions on it.

As you know Samsung had already launched their Galaxy S20 Fan Edition and they did their unpacked event live a couple of days back. So, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE falls between the Galaxy S20 in the Galaxy S20 series line up and this phone is for those people who don't want a top of the line flagship but want most of the flagship experience at a lower price.

So, overall the specifications of the Galaxy S20 FE are similar to the one what we get in the Galaxy S20 but there are some things that are tone down to cut the price down.

The Galaxy S20 FE comes with various different colours namely Cloud Navy, Mint, White, Red and our device Cloud Lavender. The first thing which is the obvious reason for  the price cut is the build. So, the Galaxy S20 FE comes with a plastic back with an aluminum frame but the plastic is not at all like an ordinary cheap one. It comes with the matte satin finish which is why all the colours have the name Cloud in the name.

In fact of the plastic back, I really like the phone the colour is so soft and looks preety much descent and even in the back you will not get any of your finger print marks.The phone also features the dual stereo speakers and the phone really feels good enough in hand because of the the matte finish in the back. But, obviously, the build is not going to be as premium as Samsung's flagship phones.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Display Specifications

The phone comes with a 6.5" inches full HD sAMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection instead of Gorilla Glass 6 or 7 what we see in the other Samsung flagships line up but it comes with IP68 water and dust resistance.

In the phone you get to see hole punch cut out on the top for selfie camera and you also have the 120Hz refresh rate of the display which is quite impressive. So, using the phone is going to be very smooth and lag free experience. Along with that you get an in-display finger print sensor in the phone but that's is optical rather than ultrasonic.

The phone comes with the triple camera setup in the rear side with a 12 megapixel primary camera, a 12 megapixel ultra-wide camera and an 8 megapixel telephoto camera with 3X optocal zoom and 30X space zoom.Moving to front, there's a 32 megapixel selfie camera.

The Galaxy S20 FE will launched with two different variants for processor i.e Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ 5G with Adreno 650 GPU will be available for Europe and North America and Exynos 990 4G with Mali G77 GPU for us in Asia.

Both of the variants comes with either 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage and with option of 6GB or 8GB of RAM.

Although, the processor in S20 FE is the same, what we get in the Samsung top level flagship smartphones and of course in the top level premium smartphones of Android till the date.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Software

Galaxy S20 FE runs on Android 10 out of the box with Samsung's One UI 2.5, which is the same Software what you get in the other top notch Samsung premium phones and for sure it is the best user interface right now in the Android Market.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Battery and Charging details

The Galaxy S20 FE comes with a big battery of 4500 mAh with the support of 25W fast charging adapter out of the box, which is only available for Samsung premium smartphones.

Now, the thing is this is a bigger battery you get compared to the Galaxy S20 and same size as S20+ . So, I will pretty much impressed if this will provide us a good battery life.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Price in India and Pakistan

At last but not the least talking about the price of Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition price $699, pre-orders have already started and the phone will drop internationally on the 2 nd of October while in India the retail price will be ₹49,000 and in Pakistan the retail price will be ₹1,20,000 on 1st of the October.

Conclusion

Overall the phone will provide you with latest flagship level processor and other features in a very cheap price, indeed it will be the competitor for the smartphones like Oneplus 8 and iPhone Se.
